The minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Youth groups traveling alone are not allowed
Are pets allowed?

The accommodations and glamping tents are basically all pet-free. There are some accommodations where we allow pets. You will find these accommodations in the search & book on our website when you select a pet here. A maximum of one dog is allowed everywhere.
Visitors' pets are not allowed at all in our park.
Can I indicate a location preference?

Yes, this is possible! In the second step of the booking process you can choose by card. If you specifically choose a place, preference costs will be charged. Don't choose a place? The system then determines where you will be located in the park. This can change up to the day before arrival.

Payment Policy
The full amount of the stay must be paid upon arrival. There are three payment terms:
The first installment of 20% of the total amount must be paid within 3 days after booking.
The second installment of 30% of the total amount must be paid no later than five months before the arrival date.If the booking is made within five months before the start, the first and second payment terms will be combined.
The third installment of 50% of the total amount must be paid six weeks before the arrival date. If the booking is made within six weeks before the start, the entire amount must be transferred in one go.
For reservations made on the day of arrival, 100% payment must be made immediately. We do not work with payment after stay.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 24 hours of your booking is free of charge. After this, cancellation fees will apply.
If you have taken out cancellation insurance through Ackersate, you can cancel your holiday after providing proof. If you have not taken out insurance and you cancel your holiday, you will be charged at least 15% of the basic price (with a minimum of €25) in accordance with the RECRON conditions. You must always make a cancellation by email.

The accommodations have no special facilities, but a large number of bungalow chalets are walker-friendly. Please contact reception for this. If you are completely dependent on a wheelchair, the stay may not be ideal.
All facilities (except the laundry) are wheelchair accessible.
Arrival questions

For accommodations, check-in time is 3:00 PM. This gives us space to clean the accommodations between departure and arrival. If the accommodation is cleaned earlier, you will receive a text message on the day of arrival if we have a mobile number.
It can of course happen that you arrive later than 5 p.m. We would appreciate it if you would contact us in advance by telephone or email.

How does check-in work?

Check-in is done at the reception: our employees are ready to help you. On very busy days, our employees may also be outside. In that case you can stay in the car and they will provide you with all the information you need.
Even if you have been before, you must physically check in with one of our employees. After checking in, the license plate system goes into effect.

The barrier will open for you after you have checked in. Our reception staff will activate the license plate recognition on the barriers during check-in.
The barrier is closed in the evening after 11:30 PM due to peace and quiet in the park. If you arrive later or return to the park after a day out, you can park in the paid parking lot on Harremaatweg. Take a ticket and walk past the reception with the ticket the next morning. Our employees will validate this so that you can then leave for free.

Pleasant! Guests pay a mandatory set of sheets (so they do not have to bring these) and government taxes for the nights they stay. Of course, they also have access to the swimming pool and sanitary building for this. You can arrange this at the reception. Please note that there are no more people staying in the accommodation than there are real beds. An air mattress for an extra person is not allowed.
Make sure you take all entry wristbands with you to reception when you arrange this. The access wristbands are linked together per reservation. This way we can create a new band for everyone, including the guest.

Just arrived at your beautiful spot, you are asked if friends can come over, is this possible? Naturally! Visitors may park in the paid parking lot on Harremaatweg. There is a parking meter there for payment. You can then welcome them to our beautiful holiday park. You do not have to report this to reception.
Visitors' pets are not allowed. Would your visitors also like to enter the swimming pool? Then you can buy tickets at the outdoor pool. If closed, you can go to reception.
Residence questions

If weather conditions permit, a barbecue is allowed. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Make sure that hot coals or ash do not cause burn marks on the grass.
Due to weather conditions, the fire brigade may impose a ban on open fires and/or barbecuing. We will then communicate this at the park. a

No, it is not allowed to make a campfire or other open fire in the park. Not even with a fire basket or fire bowl.
Where do I park the car?

It is not allowed to park your car at the accommodation. There is a parking lot opposite the entrance to the park and there is also parking available in the park itself.
Do you have a second or third car with you? This always parks in the large parking lot on Harremaatweg (paid).

Our park facilities are open from Easter to the Dutch autumn holidays. During the winter period the facilities are closed or have very limited opening hours. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Departure questions

Rental units must be vacated before 10:00 am. The day before departure or on the day of departure itself, you can ask reception whether it is possible to book a late check-out (paid).
If you want to extend your stay and book additional nights, you can always contact us to see what the options are.

On the day of departure, you leave the accommodation before the indicated time. We would appreciate it if you came to say hello at reception, but this is not absolutely necessary. When you leave, you can also put all your belongings in the mailbox at the barrier and go home.

Sure! On the day of departure, you must ensure that the accommodation is empty before the stated check-out time. Parking is available in the large car park on Harremaatweg. You then have until 12:00 to enter the pool, after which your access will expire. Do you leave the pool after 12:00? Then ask an employee to open the door for you.

Unfortunately the holidays are already over. We would really like it if you take care of the following:
Please take the waste to the recycling center near the reception.
Please keep the dishes clean and tidy in the cupboards.
Please collect the beds. You can put your dirty laundry in a pillowcase and leave it at the front door of the accommodation.
Please leave the accommodation broom clean.
Please bring all your own belongings with you. Any lost items will be kept at reception for a month.

Good to hear! Nice that you want to come again! From mid-May it is possible to make a reservation again for the following year. So keep an eye on our website and social media.
